Sentenced to death and sentenced to 5 reductions in 15 years

On March 7, 2008, the Yunnan Higher People’s Court commuted Xie Ming to 15 years’ imprisonment for the crime of intentional injury. The sentence was from December 27, 2006 to December 26, 2021.
