Therefore, District 6 will continue to monitor and handle defects as well as gradually improve this ATM to better serve the people. Documentation does not need paper and pen

More than 5km from the location of the ATM records of District 6 is District 1 People’s Committee, which has just launched the service of “electronic customer identification” to support people and businesses to register paperless administrative procedures.

This is an application model of digitizing public administrative services by applying AI artificial intelligence, with facial recognition solution. When applying for online administrative procedures, people only need to take a two-sided photo of the identity card, send it to the system, they will be automatically identified, filled in the available form, with accuracy up to 99%. .

After experiencing the service, Mr. Pham Bich Tiu – a resident of District 1 said that the system is very modern and convenient, helping people reduce time to carry out paper and pen procedures as before.

Up to now, District 1 has organized the reception of registration for “paperless” administrative procedures in 6 fields, deployed online public services synchronously on 44 district-level administrative procedures, 25 administrative procedures at data communication with the city data communication axis.

“As a result, the rate of people participating in using online public services at level 3 and 4 has changed dramatically and by 2020 it will reach 99.99%”, District Chairman Nguyen Van Dung informed.

With this model, the goal of District 1 is to reduce the direct interaction between the contingent of cadres and civil servants with the people and businesses, but the processing of the procedure is faster and more accurate.
