Song Cau commune has 14 cases of road opening, evenly distributed on land planted with annual crops. In which, there is only 1 case of opening a road in accordance with the land use planning and connected to the concrete road of the commune, the remaining roads are not in accordance with the planning; There are 3 cases of planning residential land, the rest are planning agricultural land.
