On a hot day, the body loses a lot of water, causing fatigue, so it is essential to provide the body with a sufficient amount of water.
But what kind of drinks to use both heat and ensure food safety is an issue that many people are currently concerned about.
Orange, lemon juice
Oranges, lemons are effective in improving dryness and cooling. Used to treat hot dry diseases caused by heat. Choose oranges and stem knobs, touching the stem knobs are tight, and when you break them with your hands, they will not fall out. The color of the orange leaves is fresh or wilted but still stuck on the stalk. The orange leaves have just been harvested, so it is fresh and delicious. Choose oranges in the right season to avoid chemical growth.
Choosing lemons that have a natural scent, do not have a bad smell, are unpleasant because when the spray is finished, the quarantine is not enough time but it has been brought to the market. Double-check the surfaces for any mold marks on the lemon, as the lemon is infected.
Tapioca water
This is an effective beverage for people with high blood pressure, headaches and canker sores. This drink can cool down extremely well on hot days.
Choose packaged cassava flour, instead of tying it with elastic bands or anything. Look for products that have production dates from December of the lunar month to the beginning of April of the lunar calendar, as this is the cassava harvest season. If the powder dissolves evenly in water and is milky white, the bottom of the glass is fine and pure.
Coconut water
Coconut water is sweet, warm, non-toxic, helping to increase vigor. Drinking coconut water regularly is good for your health. You can drink coconut water directly or buy coconuts, get water, scrap the pulp, add a little sugar (for ice if you like), you will have a delicious, nutritious beverage.
Choose coconuts that have an even green, non-stamped shell. Buy coconuts at reputable stores and agents to ensure quality. If fresh coconut stalks firmly attached to the fruit, hold or lift it to be sure that the hand is fresh coconut. If the stem is bubbly, chemotherapy may have been injected to increase the sweetness.
Watermelon juice
On hot days, enjoying a cool, sweet watermelon juice is nothing like. The injected watermelon tastes very sweet, but it only concentrates on the inner intestine, the more it is towards the skin, the lighter, even tasteless, melons. True ripe melons will have large, firm, and dark seeds. With regular watermelon, if added, can still be used for about 2 days if stored properly. The injected watermelon can easily rot in as little as 12 hours, even if stored in the refrigerator. Delicious and safe watermelons have a smooth, shiny skin, sharp lines, and a slightly yellow bottom. Pickles injected with fast ripening chemicals also have a velvet outer layer, dark skin, and faint patterns because they are not yet ripe.
Tomato juice
Tomatoes are average, sour, slightly sweet, have the effect of heat, detoxification, blood serum, increase new fluid, fight thirst, help urinate and digest well. Choose tomatoes that are bright, shiny, and have thin, non-concave, cracked or wrinkled skin. Thick-skinned tomatoes mean that they contain a high level of nitrate toxin.
Pennywort juice
Gotu kola has a sweet taste, has a heat, detoxifying, and diuretic effect. On using 30 – 50g of fresh chives (maybe more), wash thoroughly and then crush or puree, squeeze water to make water or coconut water to drink. You can cook soup to eat during meals or cook for drinking water instead of tea during the day. Choose a natural, pesticide-free variety. Choose vegetables with fresh green leaves that are not deeply punctured, with holes, wilted or much torn at the margins.
