Hoi An Oi Villa is a tourist villa with 7 different bedrooms: 4 double rooms, 1 family room, 1 room with two single beds, 1 dorm room with four beds.

Hoi An Oi Villa is developed from the structure of the tube house of Hoi An ancient town: the front house, the toilet and the back house. The villa is composed of 3 main blocks combined with auxiliary blocks. 
The main block corresponds to the sleeping space, the sub-block corresponds to the toilet and the common area; creating rhythmic street facade and harmony with the whole landscape. 
Right from the entrance, Hoi An Oi Villa exudes the spirit of ancient house architecture. The ground floor of the villa is arranged into two areas: public space and residential space, which are connected by the auxiliary hall space and the staircase. 
In the public space, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are connected and directly connected to the swimming pool arranged along the house. The living space is the family room arranged at the end of the land, separate from the public area, at the same time being extended to the back of the large porch. 
On the 1st and 2nd floors, each floor has 3 rooms, the rooms are separated by a toilet area and a common living space to increase privacy, especially in terms of sound. The eaves used in the balconies of Hoi An Oi create a familiar image in traditional Vietnamese houses, while minimizing the sun and rain falling on the balcony. 
The downstream door system is applied from traditional Hoi An housing architecture. The image of a familiar little gate often seen in Hoi An is used in the project, creating a familiar and close approach. The door system “Upper but low to low” – a feature of the traditional architecture of Hoi An was designed. The bars can be fully closed, adjusting ventilation and privacy for the building. 
The biggest advantage in Hoi An Oi Villa is that all rooms are exploited overlooking the romantic Hoai River. The rooms are designed with lots of windows and large sliding door systems, making the space always bright and extremely comfortable. 
The unique and colorful frescoes make the lobby space glow. 
Curved arches in the interior space developed from the curves of the lanterns create a harmonious and impressive look. The house’s tactics are contrast but still harmonious. It is the contrast between the white – black colors of the space and the interior, between the modern and traditional look of the line and architectural space. 
The golden light of Hoi An lanterns makes the space cozy and prominent, reminiscent of the full moon nights of the old town. 
When the old town lights up, the space inside Hoi An Oi Villa is even more cozy and sparkling. Hoi An Oi Villa is really a place to experience and enjoy, or in the words of the group of architects, Hoi An Oi Villa is the appreciation of traditional values while still blowing a new breeze in accordance with contemporary architecture.
