The new generation sportbike model has just been introduced in Malaysia. Vehicles are changed design, selling price equivalent to 23,975 USD.
Honda Malaysia has just launched sportbike model CBR600RR 2021. This is a performance version for the track, the car has a price of 98,888 RM, equivalent to 23,975 USD. Honda CBR600RR made its debut in its home country of Japan in August last year and is only available in Grand Prix Red.
Overall, the design of the Honda CBR600RR upgraded is stronger and more aggressive than the old one. Unlike CBR650R with a sport-city vibe, CBR600RR is a pure sportbike and oriented motorcycle.
Easily recognize the design of CBR600RR 2020 inspired by CBR1000RR-R seniors with strong and modern appearance. The first part of the CBR600RR 2020 impresses with the sharp LED lighting cluster, the air intake cavity in the middle of the front end and the high turn indicator light.
Honda CBR600RR’s power comes from a 599 cc, liquid-cooled, inline 4-cylinder engine that produces 119 hp at 14,000 rpm, 64 Nm of torque at 11,500 rpm. 6-speed manual gearbox, the car is also equipped with power assist, anti-slip clutch and a fast gearshift system.
Honda CBR600RR also owns electronic steering assist technologies such as inertial force control, torque control system, stability assist during acceleration and ABS braking in cornering. The vehicle has 3 driving modes including Race, Sport and Road.
In addition, the car also has 2 custom driving modes for the track or tire settings. These modes are user-adjustable, including 5 power supply modes, 9 traction control levels, 3 wheel control modes and 3 engine braking levels. Behind the handlebar is a TFT-LCD screen that displays full operating information. Seat height at 820 mm and vehicle weight 194 kg.
This sportbike model is equipped with an up-side-down Showa fork in front, 41 mm in diameter, adjustable. Behind is a monoshock combined with Honda’s Pro-Link suspension system, with electronically controlled three-mode dampers.
The brake system consists of 4-piston radial brake calipers mounted on a twin 310 mm disc at the front, with a single piston caliper at the rear and a 220 mm brake disc.
