Finally, fans can also see the new generation of Toyota Land Cruiser SUV.
After months of design documents, dripping leaks, the new generation Toyota Land Cruiser finally appeared without any shielding. It seems that this is a signal that Toyota is ready for the launch of this model.
The photos allegedly the Land Cruiser 300-series appeared on an account on Instagram. Not a single car but a long line of Land Cruisers parked together, without any barrier. Notably, these models still have a protective plate on the body parts before delivery. Next-generation Toyota Land Cruiser 2022 exposed naked As seen in the photos in the patent, the next-generation Land Cruiser features an improved design over the current 200-Series model. The most noticeable difference is the large grille with a U-shaped border connecting the two headlights. LED headlights are now smaller and thinner. The hood has more prominent ribs. Compared with the current version, the new model has an angled wheel arch combined with more protruding fenders. In the back, the lower window line has sharp creases. Although there is no rear view, it seems that the rear end of the next-generation Land Cruiser seems to be flatter than the current 200-Series model. It is not clear which variant of the car is in the picture, but it is certainly not a GR-Sport. Most likely this is a GX or VX version. Interestingly, there doesn’t seem to be any model with a sunroof so many people think this could be the entry-level version. The engine under the hood of these Land Cruisers remains a mystery. Despite leaking quite a few images and engine options but Toyota remain private about the upcoming Land Cruiser. The Japanese automaker has yet to release any teaser images or even an announcement about the upcoming car. One thing is for sure, however, that the SUV looks ready to ship globally.
