The project is in the form of townhouses, built on a 125m2 plot of land in Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province, with three surfaces adjacent to another building and only one open front. The request of the landlord is to create a living space close to nature, with ventilation, with many trees. According to the blueprint, the architects have stepped forward to have a yard, which is also a viewpoint. The house has a 2-storey structure in the front and 3 floors behind. From the outside, the house has a modern, simple and elegant appearance. The first floor is the living room space and the kitchen – dining room connected from the outside to the inside. The stairs to the second floor stretched to one side. This staircase has a concrete structure built with bricks to make use of the undercarriage to make a WC room, and borrow the railing as a wall to hang the television. For a cool feel, white is used as the main color combined with gray and light brown wood. Very simple furniture suitable for modern architectural style. To enhance connections and interactions between members and create lots of space for children to function, right upstairs there is a children’s play area. The point of view of the owner and the design team is that there is a place for children to play and move on every floor. The kitchen – dining room is located at the back of the house, attached to the garden under the backyard well. The garden is designed with many levels to create an interesting highlight. This place is always full of sunshine and wind and is also a children’s play place close to nature. Next to the stairs in the middle of the house is a large well. The stairs going from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor are made of – wooden steel to create ventilation and this structural system is like flying in space. The roof system is made up of folded concrete beams and glass roofs to create light and shimmering shadows in the interior. The corridor on the second floor is also very wide with many trees. The parents bedroom on the second floor at the back of the house opens up to the well and a hallway with a large glass wall to connect the space. Sunlight can shine into the bedroom. Bedroom furniture is simple, unified throughout the house: White walls and ceilings, gray floors and light wood furniture in a simple form. Walls open to the wells use brick holes to create ventilation. The dotted green color makes the space cool and lively. Skylight area – staircase between the house viewed from above; always flooded with sunshine and wind. Stairs and steel-wood corridors lead to the third floor behind the house. This place is a worship room combined with a library. The church wall is made up of slender spokes that evoke a sense of lightness and repeat the image of the house’s facade with sloping roofs.
