Architect Anh Quy shared, Long An is a sunny land. To reduce heat and help the house breathe, he incorporated a system of indoor and outdoor plants. 
The terrace is where the architect is most interested, with an open space that combines reasonably planted trees. 
Trees arranged in the house help prevent wind and dust, bringing vitality to the entire building. 
The total area of the house is 345m2. The cost of finishing construction (with furniture) is about 6.5 billion – 7 billion (excluding design costs). 
Before designing, Mr. Quy and the owner spent time talking to find out their needs and ideas. Then, advise homeowners how to make the house beautiful and reasonable. 
From the actual needs of the guests, the architect will come up with ideas for the space, so that the house is beautiful, luxurious, and artistic. 
This house is for a family of 4, including 2 husband and wife and 2 children. 
The owner’s land is in the Southeast direction, so the owner wants the kitchen to be in the South, East or North direction. 
The living room is the gathering place of the family, but it must be unique and strange. The sofa is designed deep into the ground, creating a cosmic effect.
