White lilies have entered poetry and painting, symbolizing the gentle and shyness of the young woman. On roads like Hanoi such as Thuy Khue, To Huu, Le Van Luong, Lang Ha, Quang Ba … lilies have covered and followed the street vendors. Lilies are easy to spot on the street. Many people commented that the lilies were fresh as if they wanted to dispel the stuffy, stuffy side of crowded streets. Lilies is also known as the cypress flower or the lily. Currently, the type of flower sold for sale is mainly like a trumpet with small flowers and shorter than western trumpet, when blooming has white petals, yellow pistil emits a gentle aroma. In Hanoi, lilies are grown in flower villages such as Dong Anh, Tay Tuu, and Dan Phuong. To be able to harvest in April this year, farmers have to plant and cultivate from 10 to 11 years ago. If the rain is good, the flowers meet the standards, each branch has from 3 to 4 flowers. From the garden house, the flowers are busy and the vendors walking down the street to the hands of customers. Although many people are busy, busy, and hustle, they also took advantage of buying April trumpets. Lilies are very “sensitive”, outdoors the flowers must always be soaked in water to avoid wilting. According to the seller, when buying, for about 3 days, the flower buds will bloom and can play flowers in 7-10 days. The price of lilies this year has not changed much, with prices from 30,000 to 50,000 VND per bunch.
