All these thoughts have invisibly created barriers, making the meaning of pre-marital health check-ups a fear and obsession for many young people. Aware of the important role and practical significance of pre-marital health check-ups, over the years, the Provincial Department of Population and Family Planning has implemented many activities to raise awareness about health for young people. including the model “Pre-marital health examination and counseling”. Up to now, the model has been expanded to 46 communes in 8 districts: Ba Thuoc, Lang Chanh, Nhu Xuan, Thuong Xuan, Dong Son, Ha Trung, Trieu Son, Thieu Hoa, attracting more than 1,700 people in the age group. and youth participate in activities. In order to promote the model effectively, the Provincial Sub-Department of Population and Family Planning has directed the district health centers to guide the health stations to coordinate with mass organizations, especially the Women’s Union and the Youth Union, to establish The club serves as a place to propagate the meaning and importance of pre-marital counseling and medical examination.
