One day at the beginning of June 2005, the Air Defense and Air Force Air Force received a letter to the Commander. The letter of Mr. Lai Van Vuong at 91 – Me Linh, Le Chan district (Hai Phong city). After that, Mr. Toan, together with a man named Bo Hieng and several others, organized a burial of what he found. On a wing nearly 3 meters long, nearly 1 meter wide in Mr. Toan’s family, Mr. Luong Huu Thuan found all 13 bullet marks. This piece of wing was taken by Mr. Toan, years ago it was used as a bed.
