The apartment has an area of about 110 m2 with a living room, a master bedroom, a cinema room, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The design team of Minh Nguyen Design (MND) does the work and the host is a 9X personality girl, loves fashion and likes red. 
The interior space is dominated by black and gray, with the highlight of the dark red color of the sofa according to the personality and preferences of the owner. In addition, modern fashion Houndstooth patterns are incorporated into the interior space. The most special highlight of the house is the Kaws & Bearbricks collection. Each position and size of each of these characters are calculated and arranged accordingly. 
The apartment impresses with the showcases of the Kaws & Bear Brick collection. The interior uses red as an accent. 
The material used in the interior space is the contrast between the rough and glossy materials: the matte black steel staircase with the stone and polished glass, the terrazzo rough stone wall contrasting with the black floor.
