In fact, the shop still has a very carefully stamped signboard over the decades “Yen – special bun ziu burden – welcome”. But because the shop is located next to a small relic, there is a stele “Ingrained hatred”, so people who are used to eating here call it “bun ziu hate” as a way to distinguish it from other noodle shops. What makes this special name is because this shop is located next to the monument of the stele “Engraved with hatred”.
