With a construction area of only 5x13m, the architect still designed the house with enough 1 living room, 1 kitchen + dining, 2wc, 3 bedrooms, 1 worship room, balcony and small garden.
In 2021, architectural designs tend to be simple but modern and sophisticated.
Architect Phan Hien shared, the 4-level house with 2 facades in Nghe An is a typical design for this trend. The house at level 4 has 2 facades with modern design for the owner of par Moc. Modern style, interior layout and feng shui in accordance with the owner’s par Moc. The house has a land area of 5x18m and construction area of 5x13m with functions including: 1 living room, 1 kitchen + dining, 2wc, 3 bedrooms, 1 worship room and balcony. The coordination of design ideas between the homeowner and the architect in a rhythmic manner, the seemingly small and narrow spaces have become spacious and comfortable for the owner. The area is limited, but the architect still tries to reserve a part of the land for the garden, serving the green living space for the owner. The architect has arranged flexible furniture and materials, creating a feeling of openness but still being functional. The living room and the kitchen are arranged with thin wooden walls that both divide the function and still maintain the connection between the two spaces used together. The living room is separated from the kitchen by wooden beams. A house without light often feels stuffy, dark and lifeless. On the contrary, if the house is properly arranged to receive a lot of natural light, it will always bring a pleasant and airy feeling to the owner. Therefore, the use of glass doors to get light and the use of glossy and bright tile floors will increase reflection, “pull” more light for the home space. Glossy tile floors, large glass doors help the house have a lot of light. The house is only built at level 4 but ensures a separate space for family members, and still has a common living area. For everyone to connect, share and enjoy the joy of life together. The parents’ bedroom is luxurious, with built-in wardrobes and desks. The children’s bedroom uses orange, white and brown colors, creating cuteness. The entrance to the bathroom goes through the balcony, with a system of vines on the opening to help the house circulate air.
