- Signing a “loyalty agreement” must not have the following invalid civil legal acts:
An agreement signed by a person without civil capacity;
Civil juristic acts performed by the perpetrator and the counterparty with false intentions;
Civil legal acts that violate public order and good customs;
Malicious collusion to damage the interests of others in civil law;
Other invalid situations stipulated by laws and regulations.
The signing of the “loyalty agreement” must not violate the mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, and do not deprive or restrict one party’s personal rights in the form of the agreement, such as a divorce, abandonment of custody of the child, and no visit to the child, etc. Even if the agreement is established, it is invalid and cannot achieve the purpose of signing the agreement.
