Technical status before the initiative

The HMI screen has an Ethernet port to connect to the LAN to collect data, display the operating status, warn of errors, command control of production machines, machine tools through PLC. Thanks to the HMI sensor screen interface, it is possible to simulate the working process of the system in a realistic way. At the same time, the operator can easily monitor and detect errors when problems occur and control the working system remotely through the network connection of the HMI screen. On the model, the author builds the application of PLC in mixing control controlled through the HMI sensor screen: the materials contained in tanks A and B are passed through the mixing tank by PLC programming. The PLC control device S7-200 has been upgraded to replace the PLC S7-1200 with more outstanding features such as: The S7-1200’s compact design, low cost, and powerful instruction set make the solution perfect for the application used with the S7-1200.
