In addition to using the split-floor solution, the architect also exploits natural vertical light and ventilation to solve the difficulties when building a house on the L-shaped land.
LVS.house is a different project compared to other tube houses. The house has a narrow width but has a large area in the back, which looks like the letter L.

This has opened up an interesting spatial development direction for the project. The investor wants the entire public or private living space to be as open as possible and create the best connection. In addition, parents can also observe the activities of two children at a young age. LVS.house was built on an L-shaped plot of land in Tan Binh district, HCMC. The outside of the building stands out with three white curves shielding the iron work. Architects AD9 Architects also arranged climbing plants on the first floor drooping at the front of the house. In addition to the split-level solution, AD9 Architects exploits vertical natural light and ventilation. Transitional spaces or skylights create layers that connect people and nature. With this project, the architect is almost minimalist in the use of materials, wishing to find the true aesthetics of architecture and create a new, positive and better life for the host family. The space on the ground floor is the space of the living room, kitchen and dining room and the ladder area to the upper floors. FULL The dining room and kitchen are arranged in the small corner of the letter L. The kitchen and dining room are separated from the living room by a partition to prevent the smell from spreading to the living room when cooking. Stairs lead to the upper floors at the back of the house. The ground floor and other floors are also connected by a skylight that exploits light and wind vertically. A space for family members to play. The bedroom is designed with a skylight that merges with the greenery around the skylight. The bedroom is filled with light and wind, separated from the skylight by transparent glass. Stairs lead to the tum floor (top floor of the house).
