– 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
– 150 g of spinach
– Salt, water Step 1: To prepare this vegan tofu at home, wash and soak the beans in water for about 5-6 hours. Then, peel off, rinse. Use a slow juicer to squeeze the soybeans for water.
