On June 14, 1st runner-up Miss Vietnam 2020 – Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh welcomed the age of 23 with a new set of photos. Phuong Anh was born in 1998, 1.77 m tall, attracted attention with her outstanding academic achievement, which attracted many viewers’ attention during the Miss Vietnam contest. The official fanpage of the Miss International contest also posted a new year greeting for the representative of Vietnam.

High-quality silk material, crystal stones, beads… are meticulously attached or a series of 100% handmade embroidered motifs bring elegance and class, helping Phuong Anh show off her brilliant beauty in new age, sometimes seductive, sometimes gentle, sometimes regal with feathers. 
Phuong Anh shared that these days she abides by social distancing regulations to protect the health of herself and the community. “Phuong Anh wishes the epidemic would be quickly repelled so that we could return to normal life.” 
Phuong Anh was favored with the title of “good runner-up” when she achieved an English level of IELTS 8.0 and was fluent in French. She just graduated valedictorian Information management system at RMIT University with a score of 3.5/4, is trying the field of MC and intends to “encroach” to become a TV Editor. As expected, Phuong Anh will represent Vietnam at Miss International 2021 in Japan.
