In “Cracked Planet”, we can see that the poet’s sight scanning is so vast: from the Euphrates and Ganges, to the Mississippi and the Yellow River, from the Arabian desert to the blue Mediterranean. We can see that the poet’s spiritual world is so broad: war and peace, politics and philosophy, religion and civilization, rights and freedom. We can see that the poet’s deep affection for the natural world, the image of leopards, tigers, migratory birds, orangutans, etc., flashes more and more. Words such as sky, fire and ocean appear frequently. Benjamin, Zweig, Adorno, the faces of wise cultural philosophers in history, emerge one by one in the entire poem. More importantly, this poem allows us to see a mature and outstanding poet who has made his own positive response to his own time through artistic methods and works. The cover news reporter interviewed Ji Di Majia. Around this long poem, the poet talked about his own creative mind, the formation of the poetry style, the relationship between art and the times, etc., and talked freely about his own views and opinions.

It is difficult to write such a long poem and keep it in a good state throughout. Speaking of the experience and experience of writing long poems, Ji Di Majia mentioned in an interview with a cover news reporter, “The difficulty in writing long poems with modern meaning is not how to write long poems. It is how to maintain the inner aura of poems. Luck is not interrupted. Of course, the structure of a long poem is important at all times. But despite this, the core of its structure is what I call “Qi Luck”, which will run through and cannot be interrupted at will, otherwise the long poem It will become a composite of countless short poems. I think the biggest challenge in writing any long poem is not how to write it, but how to keep this kind of “qi luck” always in a strong state. Of course, this state and Rhythm does not always stay on one frequency, it fluctuates up and down, sometimes even peaceful and quiet.”
