Production Method:
- Wash the red beans and soak them in clean water for 6-10 hours in advance. Wash the barley and soak in clean water for 4 hours in advance.
Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for 30 minutes in advance.
Wash the dried longan after peeling the skin and set aside.
4 Add about 1000 ml of water to the casserole, bring to a boil, add the soaked red beans, rice and barley.
