In order to choose the right plants, he had to spend a lot of time and effort, from buying and earning from gardeners in Saigon and Da Lat to ordering from abroad such as Japan, Thailand, and Ecuador. In addition to the trees placed in the functional areas, he mainly grows trees in the front yard and on the terrace because it is easy to care for and the trees grow well. During the care process, Mr. Tam pays attention to providing water and light suitable for each type of tree. He uses coir mixed with some kind of pumice stone instead of using soil to help plants have better growth. Mr. Tam’s investment for ornamental plants in the house is about 300 million VND.
