Da Nang house is located in Vip island area, Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city, completed in 2020. The house has an area of ​​​​500 m², the facade of the building stands out with the color of baked bricks arranged in blocks. The round squares in the front are planted with trees, as a highlight for the house in the middle of the urban area. The materials used are mostly bought locally such as fired bricks, natural split stone, washed stone… The interior is used from the family’s previous house. The architect shared: “The completion of a housing project during the COVID-19 epidemic period is something the office feels very precious, thank you to the construction teams and families for always accompanying us. .” The architect designed many buffer spaces to minimize noise, dust and heat. From the ground floor to the upper floors, all floors are connected to each other, this is to overcome the West facing house. Besides, trees, light and buffer space are essential elements for a tube house in the Central region. Public and private spaces are connected by atrium. The connection between members becomes easier.
