In the past two years, “Xi’an Night View” has been frequently searched. Especially the night scenes of the scenic spots in the Great Tang Dynasty City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square have transformed the ancient capital of Xi’an into Chang’an, the prosperous Tang Dynasty, attracting many tourists to check in. I have seen the night view of Xi’an, but I did not expect that I went to the small county town of Qinling and was still amazed by the night view here. Among the many small cities in the Qinling Mountains that I have walked through, this place should be the place with the most beautiful night view. I wonder if you have been there yet? It is – Fengxian. Fengxian, known as Fengzhou in ancient times, is located in the hinterland of the Qinling Mountains and at the source of the Jialing River. It is a place named after the Phoenix. Although Fengxian belongs to the Guanzhong city of Baoji, it is located at the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains and already belongs to the south in the geographical sense. In history, Zhongfeng County is the only place from Chang’an to Bashu. The old road, Lianyun, and Baoxie all pass through here, because it also left many cultural monuments. Coupled with the unique natural resources, tourism development is still doing well. A few years ago, I heard that the night view of Fengxian County is very beautiful. This time I came here in person and found that it is indeed worthy of praise. Like many Qinling county towns, the area of Fengxian county town is not large. The county seat is located in a valley surrounded by mountains, the Jialing River flows through the middle, and residential buildings are built along both banks of the Jialing River. That is to use this section of the Jialing River that flows through the county seat, Fengxian built the 4A scenic spot Phoenix Lake. The best time to appreciate Phoenix Lake is at night. There is a large-scale waterscape, light and music show on the lake. The houses and bridges on both sides of the lake and the Qinling Mountains are also decorated with gorgeous lights. The overall combination is very beautiful. The above picture shows the Starlight Waterfall and the artificial moon. A 1 million square meter star waterfall is arranged on one of the peaks of the Qinling Mountains (data from the official introduction, haha), and there is also a round of “artificial moon”. At night, the sky is full of stars, and the scene is still very beautiful. The weather was good when we went, so there were two moons, which looked a bit buggy. However, the artificial moon is capable of moving. According to the change of cloudy and sunny, from the crescent to the full moon, the creativity is quite good. The picture below is a large fountain, which is said to be 184 meters high, once the highest in Asia (it has now been surpassed). I shot it when it was the highest. After dinner, we felt very comfortable when we strolled along the banks of Phoenix Lake. The spring breeze came with a little moisture, and the dazzling lights on both sides of the strait could not help but take out the camera to take pictures. When we came, the local villager in Fengxian told us that because the Jialing River was in high water, the waterscape music and light show was not sure whether it would be performed. We strolled around the county town, took a look at the 184-meter high spray, and found that there was no follow-up performance, so we went back to the hotel. I thought I was sorry to miss it, but I didn’t expect that at 9pm, the performance would start as usual. And we live next to Phoenix Lake, and the hotel just happened to be able to see the scene of the performance, so we took a small bench and sat in the hotel to watch the entire water curtain show. The effect is really amazing! There is a sculpture of a phoenix spreading its wings on the water of Phoenix Lake. From the sculpture to the covered bridge at the back, it becomes the core area of the entire water curtain show. With the music, the water surface changes into different colors of phoenix, which fits perfectly with the theme of “Colorful Feng County”. After the light show, the fountain started, and the entire lake surface would finally spray up, swinging with the music, and the scene was quite shocking. Among the many counties in the Qinling Mountains, Fengxian’s tourism development started relatively early. The slogan at that time was “The Most Beautiful Small Town in Qinling”, of course “the most” is not easy to say, but the night view of this county town is still quite beautiful. Visiting the surrounding attractions during the day, and seeing a stunning light show at night when you return to the county town, it feels quite comfortable. If you have the opportunity to come to Fengxian County, it is recommended to live in a homestay next to Phoenix Lake, find a room with a lake view, and lie down in the house to see the panoramic view.
