The placement of seats in an external activity is done on the basis of determining the throne of the event attendees.

A table chart where domestic and foreign guests are seated alternately is necessary to avoid acquaintances sitting together in separate groups, limiting communication. The combination of the principles of the hierarchy and the specific conditions of the placement helps determine the position of each person at a ceremony, party or external event in general.

Right before left

As usual, the most important person is placed on the right side of the landlord, then the next person on the left and so on alternating next. In some cases, if the host and the attendee for any physical reason want reverse priority, the placement will be made according to the request, while discreetly informing other guests.

Alternating domestic and foreign guests

A table chart where domestic and foreign guests are seated alternately is necessary to avoid acquaintances sitting together in separate groups, limiting communication.

On the other hand, more attention is paid to inviting domestic guests than foreign ones. This difference avoids placing foreign guests at the top of the table.

Alternating between men and women

Men and women should be arranged alternately, and at the same time, pay attention to avoid placing women at the top of the table.

Separation of couples

The rules of alternating between men and women go with the rule of separating couples at the table to avoid the couple talking to each other during the meal, but forgetting about other people or they are taking each other lightly.

According to the custom, if the dining table conditions permit, do not arrange couples to face each other, but to sit on one side.

Pay attention to the similarities

People with common interests or domestic guests undertaking a task similar to that of a foreign visitor are usually assigned to sit at the table.
