Love is a play on Korean words between “people” [사람- Saram] and love” [사랑- sarang], as:

“You erode every aspect of me / Make me here become love, love, love”
In order for 사람 (human) to turn into 사랑 (love), the edges in ㅁ must become soft for ㅁ to become ㅇ. In addition, “angular” is also used to describe human personality. Seoul Town Road is a genius pun with 2 layers of meanings in English and Korean:
“I got the homis in my bag / Have you heard of that? / Homis made of steel, from Korea, they the be-e-est / Ridin ‘to the farm / Grabbin’ all the corn / We gon ‘get yo’ money with my homi in your backyard ”.
This is the paragraph lyrics purely in English, but when transcribed the word “homis” in Korean means “plow”, the lyrics This will take on a completely different class of meaning.
RM also likes to use metaphorical images, quotes and maxims in lyrics, making ARMY unable to stop saying, “IQ148 really can’t be kidding!”
SUGA

j-hope
