This is the 33rd time the HTV 2021 TV Cup bicycle race has been held. This year’s race theme is A strip of rivers – Victory is faith , starting from April 6 to the end of April 30, with 22 races, a total route of 2450 km, going through 23 cities and provinces of Vietnam.
