At that time, Huong limited the amount of starch, carbonated soft drinks and fried and greasy foods. At the same time, flight attendants prioritize eating boiled and steamed foods, drinking lots of filtered water, supplementing with good fats as well as vitamins and minerals. In addition, to lose weight scientifically and effectively, Mai Huong combines with exercise. In the days when she didn't know what to do, she kept jogging, gradually switching to cardio and Hiit. Every day, she spends 40-60 minutes practicing according to the samples on the Internet. After 8 months, with a healthier, more scientific diet, Huong has successfully lost 19 kg, reduced her waistline by 30 cm, and her waist is also firmer and leaner. Mai Huong confessed that the first time "squeezing your mouth, squeezing your mouth" was not easy. "I used to be a person with an insatiable eating habit, many nights, I was hungry, tired and thought it was good to just go down to make a bowl of noodles and then calculate tomorrow. After losing weight, Huong confidently wore her favorite dresses. Successfully improving her physique, Huong feels that her health has changed a lot. She becomes more in love with herself, and at the same time has more opportunities in life. In particular, with the standard height and weight, Huong is eligible to become a flight attendant. Besides, when possessing a balanced body, Huong is comfortable wearing her favorite dresses. Currently, although there is no goal to lose more weight, the flight attendant still maintains exercise to keep fit and improve body flexibility.
