The exercises are not simple, but Ari is passionate about this subject, she loves every minute and every second of the practice. The 27-year-old singer said she is practicing at Forma Pilates – a pilates brand based in Los Angeles. In addition, Ari also learns many other exercises related to endurance. In an interview with Pop Sugar, Ari’s personal trainer – Harley Pasternak – revealed that Ari takes walking very seriously. “I set her a goal of the number of steps to complete each day. Now she has reached 12,000 steps / day” – he said. Harley Pasternak joked that Ari has a petite appearance but her physical strength is not small at all.
