According to local people, at the time of the heavy rain, sand and water from the hillside collapsed onto Road 716, causing serious congestion, a series of vehicles could not move. Due to the large amount of sand and water pouring down, the land on the road 716 was torn apart, forming a trench nearly 20 meters deep, hundreds of meters long running straight to the sea.
