Le Thi Thu Hoa (born in 1997, a Vietnamese student in the US) used to weigh 70 kg due to her habit of eating sweets and fast food, especially in college.

In 2018, Hoa lost control, many friends did not even realize when she returned to Vietnam. For the first time, Hoa lost 10 kg by splitting the amount of food and exercising for nearly a year. However, due to the study pressure, unable to give up the habit of eating at night, Hoa continued to gain dizzying weight, even more than before. Thu Hoa owns a slim body after losing weight. When realizing that her health is declining and lack of confidence, the female student is determined to lose weight for the second time. “I have applied many different methods such as keto, das diet, GM diet, intermittent fasting (IF) … In early January, I started to apply IF seriously and found it very effective.” With this method, Hoa applies the 23: 1 frame, which means 1 hour of eating, 23 hours of fasting, drinking only filtered water. In addition, during the time she is eaten, she abstains from deep fried foods and sweets, limits starches and tastes bland. After one month of the intermittent fasting regime, Hoa lost 7 kg. “The first week was very difficult, because I had to hold 23 hours, I had a headache and dizziness when I got out of bed. In addition, I still study and live normally. By the second month, my weight loss is less, I feel very healthy, my body is light. As he got used to it, Hoa began practicing a 40-minute pilates with a 20-minute stretch of muscle about four times a week. Moreover, because of the epidemic, unable to go out, Hoa mainly applied gentle movements in the house. She patiently studied little by little to gradually adapt to her body before increasing its intensity. After only 4 months, following the IF regime, Hoa lost 14 kg. With a height of 1.65 m, weighing 57 kg, after losing weight, she has a slim, well-proportioned body. Hoa confidently wears small clothes, lovely skirts. “In the past, I often had headaches, stomachaches and colds. After losing weight, these diseases all go away. My self-confidence has also increased a lot. I no longer have to hide my body behind 2XL baggy clothes and happily chat with everyone ”. Hoa’s goal is to continue to lose another 10 kg. After reaching the desired weight, a girl born in 1997 will reduce the time to fast, keep balance by combining between eating and exercising. “During the process of losing weight, I always maintain a comfortable spirit, not too pressured about the weight. It is important that I feel happy with what I have achieved”.
