Specifically, from 0:00 on May 4, Da Nang suspends cultural festivals, sports, religion, beliefs, worship, art performance events; operations of non-essential business and service establishments in amusement parks and entertainment venues.
Beauty establishments, bars, discos, karaoke, massage, video games, cinemas, casinos, public internet service points; walking street activities, night market. In addition, the organization of collective meals and drinks (funerals, weddings, parties, housewarming…) with more than 30 people; fitness, sports and bodybuilding activities at the gym, yoga, billiards; indoor sports activities; sports and martial arts activities that have direct contact; Swimming activities are also suspended.

Particularly for restaurants, shops, and food and drink service establishments (including restaurants and drinkers on sidewalks) must comply with the epidemic prevention and control commitments as prescribed; encourage online ordering and sales, take-away sales. Regarding public means of passenger transport (including taxis, grab cars) in the city are allowed to operate but transport no more than 1/2 of the allowed number of people for each type of vehicle and take preventive measures , anti-epidemic according to regulations. For events serving political, economic and social purposes that are really necessary to be organized, they shall be considered and decided by competent agencies.
