If you don’t have lychee, you can replace it with other fresh fruits such as mango, strawberry, longan, peach… If you want the baijiu to melt as soon as you put it in your mouth, you can add less gelatin, but it will mean that it is difficult to freeze, difficult to cut, difficult to remove, when put in water, it dissolves very quickly, so it is difficult to keep for a long time. Do not boil gelatin on the stove, it will make the gelatin lose its freezing effect or make it difficult to freeze after being added to other mixtures. Therefore, it is advisable to melt gelatin by heating it in a water bath. You can also mix colors and flavors to your liking. If you like the taste of passion fruit, you can add a few tablespoons of passion fruit or strawberry syrup. If you want green tea, add green tea powder, if you want cocoa, add cocoa powder… If you don’t like the color smell, you can leave the original white. Another point to note is that Khuc Bach tea tastes better when refrigerated. Khuc Bach when eating, cut into pieces and eat always to avoid being easily dissolved in water for a long time. If you make a lot of it, you should put it in the refrigerator, cover it and keep it for a few days. Khuc Bach tea is delicious and helps to cool down the body. The way to cook Khuc Bach tea is also quite simple. You can cook this cool, nutritious soup for your family and friends to enjoy in your spare time. Good luck! Phuong Anh (Synthetic)
