Tuyet Lan was named Miss Next Top Vietnam. After the divorce, she still maintains her fresh beauty thanks to her regular eating habits and regular yoga practice.
With a height of 1.77m and a standard body, Tuyet Lan also repeatedly lost her balance in body index. She has to form and maintain healthy eating and exercise habits to stay in shape. After divorcing her overseas Vietnamese husband in September 2019, the runner-up of Vietnam’s Nexttop Model 2010 spent time working, taking care of herself and participating in charity work. Tuyet Lan focuses on maintaining beauty and shape with a reasonable diet and regular yoga practice. She considers her daily yoga routine as the secret to keeping her body supple and toned while bringing relaxation and peace of mind. Tuyet Lan often practices yoga in the morning at home, with a long-standing routine, so she can perform difficult movements that require flexibility, bending the body to bring a beautiful shape. She maintains 3 yoga sessions/week, each session lasts 1 hour. In addition to yoga, “Miss” Next Top Viet also swims, 2 sessions / week, each session is about 30 minutes. Both of these subjects have the effect of burning excess calories effectively, most importantly, beneficial for posing, catwalk, difficult poses. In addition to daily exercise, Tuyet Lan also applies a low-carb menu, mainly eating green vegetables, seafood or chicken breast and fresh fruits. Long legs only eat starch on 2 weekends. Tuyet Lan’s daily breakfast is prepared with 1 potato, carrot juice or watermelon juice. Because of her job, Tuyet Lan chooses to eat out for convenience, she only cooks at home when she needs to relieve work stress.
