[email protected] Oily skin is the most common skin type, with oily layers on the skin that make the face shiny, especially when there is reflected light. To identify oily skin, you can wipe the oily face with oil blotting paper anywhere, or use your hand to rub it on your forehead to see more oil. In addition, oily skin pores are also larger than other skin types such as dry skin. Under each pore there is an sebaceous gland. It produces natural oils called sebum to help retain moisture and keep skin smooth and soft. When the sebaceous glands produce too much oil, the skin becomes lustrous. Therefore, oily skin is more prone to pimples because sebum mixes with dead skin cells and gets stuck in the pores, leading to blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples on the face, easy to catch sun causing bruises. You should wash your face every morning, evening and after exercising, gently manipulate, avoid rubbing too hard. To prevent acne, look for sunscreens that contain zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Do not use sunscreens that contain perfumes or oils. Remove make-up before going to bed. Do not touch or stroke the face continuously, easily spread dirt, oil and bacteria from hand to face.
