1- Brush your hair too much

However, if you mess with a towel, it will adversely affect the hair strands. 8- Keep the same hairstyle When you braid your hair or leave it on for too long, and then remove it yourself without consulting a professional, it has consequences in the long term. Similar to a braid or ponytail, you tie it too tightly and leave it on for a long time, resulting in hair splitting.
