Zhejiang Province intends to promote and appoint provincial management leading cadres before the public announcement

After research by the Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to publicize 15 comrades such as Tang Feifan who were to be promoted or used further, and solicit the opinions of cadres and the masses. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

  1. Methods of reporting issues Within the period of publicity, any unit or individual can report to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee the problems of the publicity object through letters, calls, visits, etc. If the problem is reported in the name of the unit, the official seal shall be affixed. Advocates that report problems in their own name should report their real names.

  2. It is required to adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts when reporting problems, and oppose the opportunity to slander and falsely accuse.

  3. The publication time is from June 15 to June 22.

    Proposed promotion and appointment of provincial management leading cadres before the public announcement list

    Tang Feifan, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1972 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1998 and started work in July 1992. He has a postgraduate degree in the Central Party School. He is currently the deputy secretary and mayor of the CPC Quzhou Municipal Committee, and is proposed to be the secretary of the party committee of a city divided into districts.

Gao Yi, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1970 in Hanshan, Anhui. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1989 and started work in August 1991. He has a postgraduate degree in the Central Party School. The current deputy secretary-general of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, a member of the Party Group of the General Office, and a first-level inspector, he plans to be nominated as a candidate for mayor of a city divided into districts.

Xu Bohai, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1968 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 2002 and started work in August 1991. He has a postgraduate degree in the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. He is currently a member of the Office Meeting of the Party History and Literature Research Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, office director, and first-level investigator. He plans to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Cheng Jianle, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1974 in Tongshan, Hubei. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1997 and started working in July 2000. He has a postgraduate degree. He is currently the director of the Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Higher People’s Court, and is planning to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Luo Yanfa, male, Han nationality, born in October 1975, from Changting, Fujian, without party affiliation, started work in July 1997, graduate degree. He is currently the director of the Economic Operation Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and is planning to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Huang Liming, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1971 in Sanmen, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1995 and started working in July 1995. He has a university degree. He is currently Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute, and plans to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Mao Pengyue, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1969 in Ningbo, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in February 2000 and started working in August 1991. He has a university degree on the job. He is currently the director of the Office of the Audit Department of Zhejiang Province, a first-level investigator, and is planning to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Feng Guansheng, male, Han nationality, born in October 1975, from Gongzhuling, Jilin Province, joined the Communist Party of China in November 2000, started work in July 2004, graduate degree. He is currently the director of the Cooperative Economic Guidance Office of the Zhejiang Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union, a first-level investigator, and is planning to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Wu Chuanyu, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1976 in Linshu, Shandong. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1994 and started work in June 2002. He has a postgraduate degree. He is currently the dean of the Graduate School of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and the head of the postgraduate work department of the Party Committee. He plans to assume the leading position of the deputy department of the provincial unit.

Dai Pinghui, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1978 in Ningbo, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1999 and started working in July 2004. He has a postgraduate degree. He is currently the Director of the First Division of the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and a first-level investigator. He plans to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the District and City.

Chen Lingfang, female, Han nationality, born in February 1971, from Shaoxing, Zhejiang, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993, joined the work in September 1989, and graduated from the Central Party School. He is currently the secretary of the Haiyan County Party Committee and second-level inspector of the CPC Haiyan County.

Zhang Junbin, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1976 in Pujiang, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1999 and started working in August 1999. He has a postgraduate degree. The current president and party secretary of the People’s Court of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City (at the director level), he plans to be nominated as a candidate for the president of the Intermediate People’s Court of a districted city.

Xu Qiang, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1974 in Cixi, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993 and started working in August 1994. He has a postgraduate degree. He is currently the deputy secretary and head of the Haishu District Committee of the Communist Party of China in Ningbo, and is proposed to be the secretary of the county (city, district) party committee.

Wang Sushe, male, Han nationality, born in August 1969, Zhejiang literary adult, joined the Communist Party of China in April 1999, joined the work in August 1991, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. The current deputy secretary and head of the Haiyan County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the proposed secretary of the county (city, district) party committee.

Wang Cheng, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1973 in Xi’an, Shaanxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1996 and started working in March 2007. He has a postgraduate degree. He is currently the director and party secretary of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism, and plans to be nominated as a candidate for county (city, district) chief.
