In 2019, she is determined to lose weight after receiving the results of the Inbody body index test, which shows that she has up to 70 kg of fat. Over time, along with the exercise videos and diet photos that Soobin posted, her weight was decreasing, her body became slimmer and toned. At her heaviest, Soobin hit 131 kg. The 27-year-old girl’s rule is to limit carbohydrates, sugars, fortify green vegetables, protein with foods like eggs, chicken, mushrooms, onions, green leafy vegetables. She also did not forget to drink enough 2 liters of water / day for the body to eliminate toxins, support better digestion and promote fat burning. In June 2020, Soobin discovered that he had papillary thyroid cancer and had a successful surgery. She shared that she accidentally discovered the disease after losing weight and noticed something unusual in the neck area. “I feel very lucky when I just lost weight when I discovered the disease. I am also very grateful to the successful surgery,” she wrote on her personal page.
