Sticking to the theme of 2021, in the first quarter of 2021, Can Tho boosts the mobilization of resources for investment in building socio-economic infrastructure. In a number of industries and sectors such as transport infrastructure, logistics systems, the city has shown a fierce investment in a fast, strong, synchronous and sustainable way. Over the past years, the implementation of land acquisition projects in recent years has been slow and ineffective due to a number of difficulties and problems such as: the coordination of propaganda among levels and sectors for mobilizing people to comply with the policy of land acquisition, understanding the regulations on compensation, support and resettlement are not specific and timely, leading to a number of cases where households disagree with the implementation planning policy. project. The current districts and districts still lack foundation funds to arrange resettlement for projects funded by the state budget compared with the need to receive land from households. In addition, for projects using non-budget capital, investors are slow to prepare construction-related procedures, affecting the land acquisition progress …
